1. Delivery

Membership subscriptions are registered and active instantly after payment has been verified from the used payment provider. Membership certificate will be sent by mail from us within 3 weeks (using standard mail service). Back to the top

2. Membership cancellation

Memberships can be cancelled by sending an email to membership@digitalmarketingassoc.com, from the same email address that was used to register your membership. As of Autumn 2012, this will also be supported by using the user control panel. Back to the top

3. Refund policy

The Digital Marketing Association operates a pro-rota refund policy for Professional Membership, calculated from the next calendar month. Refunds will be issues within 45 days. Back to the top
